      There is few or no growth prospect. its easy to see someone with 5-10 years without promotion or raise

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
