Management is horrible. (M.D. TOTCO). The field techs are run like junk iron, and treated about as well. Customers are allowed to walk all over the management and employees. No organization. Inventory and assets are only given to stores after they beg for them. To much back scratching between managers and buddies. No pay raises in 3.5 years. No advancement in 11.5 years (Not like I haven't applied or given my time to the company.
