Work from home. High allowances, high OT allowances, high monetary as long you're assigned for projects. Travel for training. Depends on your career objective, if you want monetary values this will be the perfect place.
Cons
Nil increment. Nil bonus. Nil progression. Bonded. Frequent last minute travels. Compete with everyone for assignment of projects, seniors always get it first. Very toxic culture as jealousy throughout all engineers as it is allowance based.
