      Cons

      May no pay bonus during downturn, could improve on planning, my center didn't do any appraisal, no pay rises during downturn.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
