      At the time I was working here I did not enjoy what the business did but looking back its by far my favourite team I have ever worked wtih

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
