      Excellent work atmosphere. Everybody more than willing to help you when needed. Great bennies and people to work with and better than average chances for advancement.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
