      Pros

      Great locations. Good people. Lots of opportunities if you are willing to search for them. Ability to get hands on learning as an intern. Benefits are the industry average.

      Cons

      Company hires people at low wages and is surprised when the leave for a better wage. Needs to integrate units better to act a large company. This would help reduce cost. Act like a large company not a bunch of small ones.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
