      Pros

      Company Truck/Gas Card Company Phone Good people in management that really know their stuff. Plenty of opportunity to prove yourself. Really good products.

      Cons

      Extremely lax, people are constantly abusing that as well as their expense cards. Lower level employees are lazy, to the point of sometimes not coming in to work altogether. Accountability is very low. High turn over rate.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
