      Pros

      Great career prospects in the past, less so now in the current O&G environment. Interesting and challenging work. Multicultural work environment, both internally and customers. Fairly remunerated for your work.

      Cons

      Inter-divisional politics can be a challenge (but its like that elsewhere too).

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
