      There are a few good people here

      Cons

      Poorly ran company. Management are not good leaders and don’t set the example. It is do as I say not as I do. The company is very divided between hourly and salaried workers

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
