      Benefits aren't bad.401K is available along with health insurance.

      Cons

      Long hours, questionable management ethics. Local management doesn't reward for a good job. No incentive or support to advance. The people that are told to work more hours are the salaried employees that don't get paid overtime.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
