      benefits are about the same as the industry, maybe a bit better. training is flexible and depends a lot on your manager. Working here is like working for a family owned company even this is a large company

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
