Pros
Good salary, excellent medical insurance plan, good 401k plan, bonus - decent benefit. Great Human Resource department. Oil industry doing well, so does NOV.
Cons
Mix of management styles among different groups - had great management in past, but after recent changes, come across bad and incompetent management that is damaging product development. Growth opportunities for young people.
