      Good company overall to work for in Houston that gives one opportunities to learn different business sides and how it works in the oil and gas industry.

      Cons

      Like in all companies it’s who you know that moves you up the ladder of success and not what you know or done for a better bottom line.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
