      The upper chain of command definately make you feel welcome, seem to want to take care of you

      Cons

      Its a multi million dollar company, a Denali company but they dont want to pay people even close to what they are worth

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
