      Pros

      Pay is comparable to or better than many for the position & area and the benefits are excellent. Most of the people are great people.

      Cons

      Some of the management is very "out of their league" and change takes too long as with any corporate machine. This can damage the effectiveness of those great people.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
