      Pros

      NOV provides great benefits as well as a nice amount of vacation time if you're a salary employee. Possible bonus at end of year as well.

      Cons

      Downturn in the oil industry can make the work flow slow down a lot. Poor management structure as well. Everything seems to e done the hard way.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
