      Pros

      Solid Company with excellent products. Great work/life balance. Great benefits. Excellent reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      Surprisingly, this company does not seem to learn how to cope with the ups and downs of the industry. More efficiency can be implemented and maintained during good years (Example: Too many people have access to company credit cards.). Other downside: Government-like mentality!!!

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
