      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The team environment is very rewarding, the work/life balance great and the benefits are better than any of the previous companies I have worked for.

      Cons

      Parking, although free, can be hard to find at my location if you arrive later in the morning or if you come back from a late lunch.

      Pros

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
