      Pros

      New experience in oil field. Good people and big on safety. Plenty of overtime for field service technicians when oil is up.

      Cons

      Some management needs more experience. Pay is low for FST (18/hr). Job see security is ok as long as oil is up which is not good tidy note.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
