      Pros

      A great company, a leader in technology with forward thinking into the client's future needs. Strong leadership at the C level when Pete Miller was CEO. Clay seems very strong as well, but he's too new as CEO for me to have a concrete opinion (thus, the neutral rating).

      Cons

      Basic big company politics with senior management in certain segments. Some bad leaders, but many good ones too.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
