      Pros

      Could be a great work environment at times. Company has great benefits and paid holidays! 3 weeks vacation with exempt positions.

      Cons

      need improvements in communication with employees. Lack of training and coaching. Can be a bit micromanaged at times. The pay is at the lower end of the spectrum.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
