      Business is heavily dependent on oil industry. Major layoffs and plant closures due to oil decline. Not very diversified. See stock price in relation to oil price per barrel.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
