      Pros

      Company pension. OK if you Keep your head down and don't suggest anything new. 3 monthly Barby as long as the work keeps coming in, pay OK. plenty of overtime

      Cons

      Employs too many relatives. Not interested in any new ideas. Lack of interest from management about shop floor. Hang on to deadwood especially if family/friends rather then pay the money for good engineers
