Excellent management. They treat their employees as employees and not as numbers. Tremendous career opportunities with many sectors and areas to get involved. NOV is committed to the community and to organizations that need some extra help.
Cons
Pay is a bit lower than other companies but the benefits are awesome. Be ready to ride the oil wave. As expected, things slow when oil prices are down.
