Pros
Co-workers and the OCCASIONAL company breakfast or lunch. Plenty of overtime whenever the economy isn't bad. SOME understanding supervisors and managers.
Cons
Hard work is never recognized. Upper Management constantly pushes but never recognizes their employees. You'll be asked to take on more responsibility but never get compensated for it. On the fly safety rules/consequences. Favoritism between supervisors and some employees. I've personally witnessed one employee CONSTANTLY mess up projects and only got a slap on the hand.
