      There are really cool people working there.

      Cons

      The HR doesn't do anything to help employees you have to do everything yourself from applying for insurance to uploading and collecting your documents and sending them to NOV HQ yourself.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
