Pros
Good health benefits, 401k, health incentives. Working hybrid is great. Great company to train at and then move around to better opportunities.
Cons
Over worked, understaffed. You are practically working with old timers that have been with the company 5, 10, 20 years and you walk in with more experience than them as a new hire. You to have to train them and show them how to do their job, is beyond ridiculous! Zero training or procedures in every department. People with zero management skills are promoted to higher positions making it impossible to get things done correctly. Everyone has zero initiative or accountability for their work. Turnover is extremely high due to the lack of training. Every department runs themselves without keeping in mind the best interest of the company.
