Pros
Nice Company to work with and have the opportunity to work in different groups and gains different skills. People are treated nicely in most time.
Cons
The management layers have been increased and it seems not a good sign. A lot of VPs are promoted quickly and unnecessarily. It may be just to let customer feel better since a VP is dealing with their business.
