      management doesn't work with you. HR sides with the manager every time. A lot of nepotism with family members working in the same department.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
