      Reasonable salaries, very good benefits, travel opportunities, opportunities to work with different products.

      Cons

      Very rigid organisation, the management level is not international, is Norwegian and very political company, what makes very difficult to have decisions or to do something without interferance. Kristiansand is not very welcome place for foreigners.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
