- Unfair allocation of jobs to engineers as the one responsible for job allocation is a racist toxic perosn who has v poor communication and management skills. C type always has the upper hand, racial biasedness is apparent. - Engineers are generally unfriendly and not pleasant to work with except for a few. Bullying and demoralising others who are not in the circle. - Toxic work culture where supervisors have poor management and communication skills, and bonding among engineers in general is poor. Pretty much a dog eat dog world ready to pound on people mistakes and cover those who are supervsiors favourite boys.
