      Pros

      PTO is getting a little better now. But took a while for them to get on board with the industry standards, as other competitors have been offering great pto for a while

      Cons

      Too many to list. But the main one is no advancement possibilities in the company, feels like a dead end job. A lot of us who have remained have decided to look elsewhere for better opportunities

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
