Pros
This company is made up of alot of really intelligent people. There were good apples on both the blue collar and white collar sides and everyone worked well together to accomplish the common goal. NOV had excellent benefits and gave out a great bonus yearly. Month to month pay could have been better, however the yearly bonus would have made up for the difference.
Cons
As with any large company there is alot of red tape. This company is tied directly to the oil industry so if there is a dip in the industry then your job may be at stake regardless of how you perform.
