Don’t let all the 5 star reviews fool you. This is an Indian owned company, the majority of these reviews are from relatives. I’ll share a real review. 1. They pay lower than industry standard across all industries. 2. When you’re hired, they want you to share your personal information (DOB, SSN, etc) to an unsecured email address. 3. Benefits - they share the costs via an excel spreadsheet, nothing official from the insurance provider. In fact they tell you to send all your details (name, age, DOB, SSN) via unsecured email, and they will provide the information to the insurance provider directly. You don’t know if you’re being scammed. 4. English is NOT the majority of the NR employees first language, so it is incredibly hard to understand them. 5. They want you to participate in “fun Fridays” after your work day and it is UNPAID. 6. There’s no company number, everyone uses their cell phones. Hard to get in contact with your advisor. Be weary, negotiate hard and be safe when engaging with them.
