Pros

NRC Health sometimes does the right thing. It might seem like they did the right thing by accident, like they stepped on a banana peel, slipped, fell down and landed in a pile of "the right thing." Positive outcomes can feel incidental rather than the result of a coherent or reliable set of values. Other times it seems like someone, somewhere along the chain, was able to sustain a moment of self-reflection just long enough to consciously decide to do the right thing, just this once. Either way, depending on your circumstances, if you need a job, there are worse places to work.

Cons

If you were to disappear tomorrow, a few people would eat a white grocery-store sheet cake and return to their work. A few would even be heartbroken, but they, too, would have to return to their work.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of any except working remote.

Cons

Everything. The atmosphere, the lack of training, turnover and overall the company is shady.
