Cons
WAY too partisan and stuck in the past - the constant refrain is anti-EPA and Clean Air Act instead of focusing efforts on developing innovative solutions to climate / energy problems. Little to no efforts to retain young workers so high turnover in the under 35 crowd. Not much interdepartmental cooperation or interaction, although this was beginning to change as I left in mid-2013. Management often expects too much from employees; depending on department staff are very overworked.
