Many employees perceive the layoffs as happening in smaller rounds, which adds to the sense that job security is unpredictable. The culture can also feel cliquish, and your experience depends heavily on your manager; some teams foster collaboration, while others are more micromanagement-driven and less receptive to differing viewpoints.
