Pros

Great medical benefits, 401k, flexible work hours, not publicly traded company, nice local staff and manager, low cost of living where I worked.. well intentioned local manager.

Cons

Corporate oversight stifling. Hard to get anything changed or improved. Owner and corp employees are all friends and seem to work against local managers and department heads.
