Pros

Understands Marketing & Media are rapidly changing -- and is willing to invest in new tools, training to help its employees succeed. Senior management in the Omaha location clearly focused on positive reenforcement; goals were high but management was always there to help.

Cons

Having worked for many large and small broadcasters, I'd encourage those employees that have not worked for other media organizations to value what NRG offers; they'd be sadly surprised to find, if they moved elsewhere, that other broadcasters are far less patient and supportive...
