Pros
There are people at NRG that are amazing at their jobs, pleasant to work with and always willing to help. That's about the only positive thing I can say.
Cons
The pay is way too low and the benefits are sub-standard and seemingly getting worse. Bonuses and decent monetary incentives are non-existent or set at purposefully unattainable levels. Seems the only focus is on maintaining earnings for those at the very top at all costs despite shifting marketing trends and a pandemic that have caused drastic drops in traditional marketing spend. There's unnecessary rigidity regarding employee flexibility and extremely high turnover as a result. I don't see this getting better.
