Pros
I don't think I can list them all in this small space: - NRG Media is one the last great radio companies. They believe that people make the difference, the product is local and it is run as a decentralized company. This means they are not a cookie cutter company. You are a person here, not a number on a spreadsheet. The CEO, amary Quass is the most amazing person and leader in media. When the pandemic was here, while other companies were shedding people and cutting salaries, she wrote a letter to the industry and told them all that they were doing it wrong. NRG Media makes money, but not at the expense of it's employees. The employees are encouraged to take part in decisions...and the list goes on
