Pros

The coworkers here were amazing people – very genuine and hard-working. Emphasis on helping small businesses in the community – however, using the wrong products to do so.

Cons

Management only keeps around employees who do not challenge their ideas or processes. Unwillingness to change processes and systems; even though management says they are. Unloyal to employees who have been there and contributed for many years. Selling products and promises that are not doing what they say they are doing. Unwillingness to help small businesses unless they're spending money with the company (however, during covid they did do this, but this was under different management). Management asks for ideas and perspectives from employees but doesn't want to hear them. Management can take time off – but will reprimand employees for doing the same. Severe emphasis on meeting unrealistic sales goals and pushing the bar higher so that fewer employees meet their goals and are unable to make bonuses.
