      There were some leaders who really were interested in doing the best for their teams.

      Cons

      There were a lot of issues in the corporate teams at NSC while I was there. There was a lot of turnover and the executive leadership did not care about the employees.

      Commission is low for total gross profit, negative leadership styles, very micromanaged, working a lot after hours and on weekends
