Pros
Challenging setting, minimum learning curve is about 6 months. There is a LOT of flexibility within this lab. Benefits are above average, 18 days pto starting. Overall a good place to start for someone out of college.
Cons
Work can seem unpurposful at times. Depending on what shift you work, more work can be put onto you. Pay feels below average. Promotions seem harder to come by then other labs in the company. Career developement program is still being developed.
