Pros

Seem to be making efforts to improve and there's some great (but wasted) talent within the organisation. Sadly, there are very few positives...

Cons

Too many to list... - Negative, pessimistic, unsophisticated culture in the office. A number of cliques. Unprofessional comments and behaviour. Not very welcoming. Known by many but no one speaks up about it. - Difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance. All talk no action from management. Pretend to care. - Siloed, isolated working environment. Poor collaborative working amongst different departments. Almost feels like different companies working in different buildings. No 'oneness' in working together. - Internal systems, technology software outdated in the most part, in comparison to many other companies of similar size/profit; laborious and unnecessarily time-consuming. - It is definitely apparent to staff that the company, whilst claiming to be all about promoting and public public health, is actually very profit driven. This is sad to see and witness.

Pros

The most supportive place I've ever worked. From my coworkers to the management team, I am continously grateful for this positive, collaborative work environment.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about working here. NSF is high on my list of blessings in my life.

Pros

Great team members. Solid mission to work towards.

Cons

Work life balance, they killed the culture and the senior leadership changes with the wind. Lack of communication across divisions. Strong preference for inclusion for onsite team; remote are left out frequently, intentionally.
