No drive, no ethics, no incentive to work hard. Upper management is non-existent. They pass down lofty goals, while gutting budgets and lining their own pockets. I was instructed to climb into a running cooling tower to clean nozzles. A massive no-no. Lockout-tag out is non existent. I had to beg to purchase basic PPE. Lighting ballasts were changed out live. For a year, they had a 400 DC power line just stretched across the Pools Lab. People walked over it, ran over with lifts and carts. A disaster of a company.
