Poor leadership and managerial decision making. Company Restructures every 2-3 years. HUGE staff turnaround - HR Leave before probation ends, speaking volumes about the companies ethics. Most of senior management are new, as MD's and Directors have left from the decision making. Underpaid for the work that is expected of everyone. Overworked - due to the increase in leavers, people have had to take on extra work. Lacks integrity, and there is no consitency in the information supplied to customers. Nobody senior is held accountable for their actions.
