      Pros

      Good vacation days for longer term employees, Great challenging opportunities to learn and excel, Good reputation with clients, NTTData brand name

      Cons

      Overtime is no longer paid, bonuses are not competitive and very low, health plans premiums are too much with high deductibles, no pension plans, no profit sharing options for middle management, promotions are not driven based on KRAs and performance. Compensation is very well below market scale

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
