      None at the moment. I'm glad I still have a job.

      Most Dell Services people are dissatisfied with the NTT Data sales pipeline. Thus good people are getting let go.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
